How credits work in SupaSwirl

Every create button shows the exact credits for your settings: model, length, shape and sound. Nothing is charged until you press it.

Held, then charged or returned

• When you create, the credits are held (shown as “in use” in the sidebar).
• When the video is ready, they are charged.
• If it fails, they come back to your balance automatically.

Plans and packs

• Monthly or yearly plans give credits every month at the lowest price per credit.
• Credit packs are one-off top-ups.
• Unused plan credits roll over while you are subscribed, up to 3 months' worth.
• Pack credits last 12 months from purchase.
• We email you a week before any credits expire.

Free extras

Joining clips in Storyboard, planning an ad in the Ad builder, and adding text, captions, your logo and an end card in Finish cost no credits. AI voice-over costs 2 credits per 250 characters.
