01Joining and approval
Anyone with a SupaSwirl account may apply. Orine Labs reviews applications and decides whether to approve them. Applying does not create an entitlement to commissions. We may reject or suspend a partner for misleading promotion, fraud, spam, self-referrals or breaches of these terms.
02Referrals
Approved partners receive a unique link. A new customer must visit through it, allow marketing cookies, and create a new account within 60 days of that click. The most recent eligible partner click wins. Existing accounts and the partner’s own account do not qualify. If a visitor declines optional cookies, their visit cannot be attributed to a partner.
03Commission
You earn 30% of the amount paid for qualifying SupaSwirl subscription plans and credit packs by an attributed customer during the 12 months after their sign-up. No commission is earned on free credits, gifts or unpaid invoices. A refund or dispute cancels the related commission; if it was already paid, that amount is deducted from future commissions. Commissions become payable 30 days after payment.
04Payouts
We review payable balances monthly. When your net payable balance reaches US $50 and you have supplied a valid PayPal or Wise payout email, we send payment manually and record the transfer. You are responsible for any payout account fees and your own taxes. If you believe a payout is wrong, contact us at [email protected].
05Honest promotion
Make truthful claims and say clearly, close to your recommendation or link, that you may earn a commission from purchases through it. Do not impersonate SupaSwirl, use misleading ads, send unsolicited messages, bid on our brand name in search ads, or promise prices or results we do not offer. Follow the rules of the platforms and places where you promote us. For an example of clear affiliate disclosure, see the US FTC endorsement guidance.
06Changes and ending participation
We may change the program for future referrals or end it with notice on this page or by email. Existing valid commissions remain payable under the terms that applied when the referral was made, subject to refunds, disputes and fraud. You may stop promoting us at any time; email us to close your affiliate account. The Terms of Use and Privacy Policy also apply.
