Terms of Use

The short version: make great things, respect other people, and pay for what you use. Failed videos are free. The full terms are below.

01Agreement

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Orine Labs, which operates SupaSwirl. By creating an account or using SupaSwirl, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use SupaSwirl for a business, you confirm you can bind that business to these Terms.

02Eligibility and your account

  • You must be at least 18, or at least 13 with a parent or guardian’s permission.
  • Give accurate information, keep your password safe, and tell us about any unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • One person per account. Do not share, sell or transfer accounts.

03The service

SupaSwirl turns your prompts and images into short videos using third-party AI models. Results vary and are not guaranteed to be accurate, unique or fit for a particular purpose. We may add, change or remove features and models over time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted.

04Plans, credits and payments

  • Credits. Generating a video uses credits. The cost is shown before you generate. If a generation fails, its credits are returned automatically.
  • Subscriptions. Monthly plans renew every month and yearly plans every year until you cancel. Both add a credit allowance every month (yearly plans are paid upfront for 12 monthly allowances). Unused plan credits roll over while you stay subscribed, up to 3× your monthly allowance (about 3 months’ worth); credits above that cap expire when your next allowance is added. If you move to a smaller plan, the larger plan’s cap applies for 3 months. If you do not create anything for 90 days, plan credits rolled over from earlier months expire and your latest monthly allowance stays. Plan credits stay usable for 90 days after your subscription ends, then expire.
  • Credit packs. One-time purchases. Pack credits expire 12 months after purchase. Credits from packs bought before 28 September 2026, and credits we give you as a gift, do not expire. When you create, plan credits are used first, then the pack credits that expire soonest. The “Try it” pack can be bought once per account.
  • Expiry notices. We email you about a week before any of your credits expire. Expired credits are removed from your balance and are not refundable.
  • No cash value. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for money.
  • Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay and may include applicable taxes. We will give notice before changing the price of an existing subscription.
  • Cancellation. You can cancel any time under “Manage billing”. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan credits remain usable for 90 days after the subscription ends and pack credits until their own expiry.
  • Payment checks. To protect customers and us from stolen cards, some purchases ask your bank to confirm it is you (3D Secure). If a payment is disputed or your bank reports it as unauthorised, we pause the account while we check it, cancel future renewals so nothing more is charged, and email you to explain how to reach us. We may refund an unauthorised payment automatically.
  • Failed videos. If a video fails or we cannot deliver it, all of its credits are returned automatically. Credits spent on videos that were delivered are not refundable.
  • Refunds. (Summary; see the Refund Policy.) Your first purchase (a first plan payment or a credit pack) can be refunded in full within 7 days if none of its credits have been used; email us from your account address. Renewal payments, and purchases whose credits have been used, are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. If a yearly plan is refunded, its remaining monthly allowances are cancelled. When we refund a payment, the unused credits from that purchase are removed from your balance and your account stays open. If something went wrong, contact us first and we will review it fairly.

05Your content

  • You keep ownership of the prompts and images you provide. As between you and us, you own the videos you generate, to the extent the law allows.
  • You give us a limited licence to host, process and transmit your content only to operate and improve the service and keep it safe, including sending it to our AI model providers to generate your videos.
  • You confirm you have the rights and any permissions needed for what you upload, including consent from people shown in your images.

06Acceptable use

You must not use SupaSwirl to create, upload or share content that:

  • sexualises minors in any way, or is sexual content involving real people without their consent;
  • depicts a real person in a deceptive, harmful or sexual way, or impersonates them, without their consent (including deepfakes);
  • is illegal, promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm or hatred, or harasses or threatens anyone;
  • is designed to mislead people about real events, elections or public health;
  • infringes someone else’s intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights.

You also must not break or probe our security, scrape the service, get around usage limits, resell access, or use the service to build a competing model. Our AI providers’ own usage policies also apply. The full rules, reporting and copyright takedowns are in our Acceptable Use & Content Policy. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules, and report illegal content to the authorities.

07AI-generated content

Videos are generated by machine learning and may be imperfect, unexpected or similar to content made for others. You are responsible for how you use them, including labelling AI-generated content where laws or platforms require it.

08Our intellectual property

SupaSwirl, its logo, software, design and content (other than yours) belong to Orine Labs. You may not copy or reuse them except as these Terms allow. You also may not reverse engineer, decompile or systematically copy the studio or how it builds its prompts (by hand, script, bot or AI agent) to recreate or compete with SupaSwirl.

09Suspension and termination

You can ask to delete your account in Settings → Delete account. Your account is kept for 30 days: you can still sign in, download your work and cancel the request; new paid work and purchases are paused and renewal stops. After 30 days sign-in access ends and cleanup begins. If you cannot sign in, contact [email protected] from your account address; we may need to verify ownership. Download your work first: deletion permanently removes access to your projects, uploads and outputs and forfeits unused credits.

After verifying your request, we stop future subscription renewals and carry out the cleanup described in our Privacy Policy; a service outage may delay processing. Deletion does not automatically refund purchases or cancel amounts already owed. Our Refund Policy and mandatory consumer rights continue to apply. To cancel renewal while keeping your account, use Plans & credits instead. Necessary accounting and outstanding affiliate payout records are retained.

We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us or others, or do not pay. Where reasonable, we will tell you why. Sections that by their nature should survive (for example ownership, disclaimers and liability limits) continue after termination.

10Disclaimers

To the extent the law allows, SupaSwirl is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.

11Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Orine Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Orine Labs against claims and costs arising from your content or your breach of these Terms, to the extent the law allows.

13Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here, change the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, ask you to accept them in the app. If you do not agree, stop using SupaSwirl and cancel your plan.

14Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Malaysia, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
