Camera moves for AI video, and when to use them

The camera move changes how a clip feels as much as the subject does. SupaSwirl has a camera setting for each of these, or you can write them into your prompt.

Slow push-in

Moves closer. It builds focus and importance: good for a product reveal or a detail you want noticed.

Pull-out

Moves away. It reveals context: the product on a table, a person in a place, a scene opening up.

Orbit

Circles the subject. The classic product shot: it shows shape and material and feels premium.

Pan left or right

Turns sideways across a scene. Good for showing a range of products, a room or a landscape.

Handheld

Small natural movement, like a phone in a hand. It feels real and personal: the look of creator-style (UGC) videos.

Drone rise

Rises up and back. It feels big and cinematic: great for places, openings and endings.

One move per clip

Pick one camera move for each clip. Combining several in a few seconds often looks shaky. For a sequence of moves, make several clips and join them in Storyboard.
