Keep the same face or character in every video

Why faces change

A text prompt like “a young woman with long dark hair” describes millions of people, so every video picks a new one. A picture removes the guesswork: the model starts from that exact face and keeps it.

1. Use the same start image every time

In the Video generator, add a photo of your person or character as the Start image, then describe only what happens: the movement, the setting and the camera. Use the same photo for every clip and the face stays the same.

Example

Start image: your brand model holding the bottle. Prompt: she lifts the bottle towards the camera and smiles, soft morning light, slow push-in.

2. Make one character image, then animate it

No photo yet? Create your character once in the Image generator. In your Library, choose Animate this to turn that image into a video, as many times as you like. Each video starts from the same image, so the character stays recognisable.

3. Several shots in one ad

4. Make your character move like a video

Motion Control copies the movement from a video (a dance, a gesture, a product demo) onto your character image. The face and outfit come from your picture.

Tips for a steady look

• Use a clear, well-lit picture where the face is visible and not covered.
• Keep the same clothing and hairstyle words in your prompt, or leave them out so the picture decides.
• Do not describe a different age, hair colour or body in the prompt; the model may follow the words instead of the picture.

Only people who agreed

Use photos of yourself, people who gave permission, or characters you created. Never use celebrities or other real people without their consent.
